Testimonial from 2016 Participant

Spending the weekend with Nancy and the wonderful group in the beautiful setting of Regents Park was life changing for me. To be truthful I was a bit nervous in the beginning but Nancy’s warm, relaxed and happy persona soon put me at ease as she had us all laughing. Inner Bonding (IB) is a truly amazing tool and it was a pleasure to watch Nancy’s intuitive style of teaching as she taught the process to us. On the second day I agreed that Nancy could do the IB process with me as she had created a safe space with the group. Nancy’s love, and deep connection to Spirit took me to a place within me I had not been before but I felt safe to explore it. It was a light bulb moment! I still practice IB everyday thanks to Nancy. This goes down as one of the best things I have done for myself….. so far! ~ Romayne Wild

The Inner Bonding weekend workshop is an opportunity to not just learn the Inner Bonding method but to experience and practice doing it for yourself with the support of a Master Facilitator.

  • Make advances in healing core shame.

  • Move out of stagnation into a life of aliveness, passion and sense of purpose.

  • Learn how to share love rather than always trying to get love.

  • Break the grip of the ego or the conditioned mind.

  • Awaken to your essential nature.

  • Learn to take responsibility for your own feelings and how you create them.

  • Release negative beliefs and connect to your Inner Guidance.

  • Discover how to use self-love, instead of food or other addictions, to fill emptiness.
