Exploring Inside Out Dialogue Processes
Contacting Your Soul Transforming Pain and Fear
What is Being Loving Boundaries and Conflict
Format: Presentation, Demonstration, Experience, and Expression.
Inner Bonding is a spiritual process built upon a profound concept of Intent. We are able to have only one of two possible intents at any given moment—to protect against/ avoid pain and fear or to learn to love. When our Intent is to learn God’s love in any given situation, we are aligned with God’s will and love. We are working with God and in the power of God’s Spirit. In this state of grace, we find new ways to care for ourselves and others. A very practical process, Inner Bonding helps us to find God’s joy and peace, even in the midst of our struggles, moving from the intent to protect and control and into the intent to learn to love. God’s love is what heals all wounds and inspires growth. Personal power and the ability to receive and give love in the face of great challenges are the results of this inside-out process of dialogue and prayer. Inner Bonding is further defined in the books Healing Your Aloneness, Inner Bonding, and The Inner Bonding Workbook by Drs. Margaret Paul and Erika Chopich.

Testimonial: “I came to the workshop desperate for help. I had done a lot of healing work already but I was despairing because I did not know how to break old patterns to be able to change for my future. This work immediately gave me hope. It helped me understand the deep reasons I functioned as I did and how to change. The IB process is like a treasure mine that keeps bringing forth the gold. It has taught me how to get God into the process of my life—into my past and present, and myself with God into the future. What I learned is building my life and making it a joyful experience. Everybody do it!” Janet Cotton, Portland, Oregon
