The setting:
This intensive is being held at the home of Inner Bonding facilitators, Karen Kral and Mark Lersch, on 5-acres of ranch land about 35 minutes each from Boulder, Denver and Fort Collins, Colorado. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains and a serene environment. You may be woken by a braying donkey or a few mooing cows, but you'll be safe from honking horns and traffic.
The work:
Karen’s intensives offer a safe and intimate space for the exploration of deeply held beliefs and patterns that keep us stuck. Karen has a unique approach for working with the inner child and other parts of the self. Through the use of drama and action, in which all participants have a role, Karen helps to bring the inner world to life. When we move from the place of “having” an inner child, to "experiencing" our inner child, or “having” some connection to guidance, to “experiencing” guidance, it makes all the difference. When we know who we are, we delight in ourselves. We turn to our inner child and say, “I would move MOUNTAINS for you!” She or he has become real to us. Until we see ourselves and know ourselves, we might be fooled by thoughts that we are inadequate in some way. But once we’ve discovered ourselves, we cannot return to where we once were.
Karen has a background in working with trauma and addictions.
Requirements:
All potential participants must complete a workshop questionnaire and have had at least one individual telephone session with Karen to make sure that they are a good fit for this intensive. All of Karen’s intensives are considered “advanced” and require a certain degree of participant maturity and stability to attend.
This is a must-love dogs intensive. Karen and Mark have a friendly but spirited medium-sized dog who will spend most of the process time outside on her five acre ranch chasing rabbits and foxes and trying to play with the cows next door!
