Metro NY Inner Bonding Workshop

Inner Bonding is a self-healing process that heals feelings of aloneness by building an Inner Loving Adult who is constantly connected with your Inner Child/feelings and with your Higher Guidance/Higher Self.

Growing up, we may not have had parents who role-modeled personal responsibility and who unconditionally loved us. As children, we created a false belief system based on how we saw our parents treat each other, themselves and ourselves. Although our false beliefs helped us to survive our childhood, they no longer serve us and are now causing our pain.  Common false beliefs include: “I’m selfish if I take care of myself”, “Others cause my feelings”, “I’m responsible for others’ feelings and behaviors”, “I can’t handle my pain”, “I’m unlovable”, “I can control others”

The Inner Bonding Workshop will help you learn how to: Develop a spiritually-connected loving inner Adult; heal the false beliefs of your wounded self, beliefs that are the source of your fear and pain and relationship problems; Recognize your true worth; Discover your passion and purpose in life; Take loving care of your heart, mind, body and spirt; Take responsibility for your own feelings of pain and joy safety and worth; Create deeply satisfying and enduring love relationships.

4. Releasing the Anger of the Wounded Self
5. Learning the Dialogue Processes with the wounded self, core self and personal spiritual Guidance
6. Getting Stuck, getting Unstuck
7. Relationships: Handling Conflict and Setting Loving Boundaries
