8-Week Inner Bonding®Support Group

with Karen Kral, MA, LPC

Hi there, I'm Karen Kral, a Certified Inner Bonding Facilitator and Trainer.  I created the original Inner Bonding Facilitator Training Program in 2017-2018, and I am a skilled and fun group leader.  I sometimes bring my unique style of Inner Bonding, called Inner Bonding in Action, into my group work for a more dynamic experience of the Inner Bonding process.

This group is a closed group that you must register for in advance. There are two meeting times per week, one in the morning and one in the evening, so that all participants can hopefully make it to some of the live calls. The calls will also be recorded and sent to all participants shortly after each meeting.

Details: 

24 live Zoom groups over an 8-week period. Includes a variety of activities over the course of the program, with discussions and opportunities to process individually and in the group format.

  • Meets 2x weekly

  • Mondays from 6-7:30pm Mountain Time

  • Thursdays from 9-10:30am Mountain Time

  • Starts Monday, September 9, 2024

  • Ends Thursday, October 31, 2024

 

Includes:

  • Two 90-minute live Zoom calls per week (one in the a.m., one in the p.m.)

  • recordings of all meetings so you can attend only the meetings that work for your schedule

  • three additional weekly original meditations from Karen sent to your email via Zoom audio

  • WhatsApp Community Gathering Space for participant sharing

  • Discounted rate for attendance at the Weekly Open 60-Minute Inner Bonding Support Group ($25 per group)

  • Cost: $777
