Self-abandonment is the underlying cause of much pain and shame, while shame – which is perpetuated by self-abandonment – also fuels self-abandonment. So much will change in your life when you learn how to love yourself, and you break this painful cycle.
Be mindful of your energy. The energy of every thought, every word, and every action, affects the whole of consciousness. Today, be conscious of pouring loving thoughts, actions and words into the Oneness of Spirit.
