Loneliness and heartbreak are two of the hardest feelings to feel. When we were growing up, we had to learn to protect against these, as we could not manage them. Addictions are often ways of avoiding these feelings, so it is vitally important now to learn how to manage them in loving ways.
Be mindful of your energy. The energy of every thought, every word, and every action, affects the whole of consciousness. Today, be conscious of pouring loving thoughts, actions and words into the Oneness of Spirit.
