Loneliness and heartbreak are two of the hardest feelings to feel. When we were growing up, we had to learn to protect against these, as we could not manage them. Addictions are often ways of avoiding these feelings, so it is vitally important now to learn how to manage them in loving ways.

Breathe into your body and notice your feelings. Embrace and welcome all emotions. Your peace and joy let you know that you are thinking and behaving in loving ways with yourself. Your fear, anger, anxiety and depression are letting you know you are thinking and behaving in ways that are untrue and not in your highest good. Notice your feelings - they are communications from Spirit to keep you on track with love and truth.
