Compassionately embrace each painful emotion as you are aware of it. Let it teach you what it is here to teach you, then release it to Spirit, and ask for it to be replaced with peace. All of our painful feelings are here to teach us. Once we receive the message, then we need to release the energy of the emotion. Trapped emotional energy creates disease. Compassionately embrace, learn, and release to Spirit.
