This is obviously a challenging area for many people, and you are here because it is an issue for you that, hopefully, you are ready to heal. And you CAN heal it, by understanding the underlying cause of your food addiction and what you need to do to heal this underlying cause.
Today, try an experiment. Focus all day on everything you are grateful for, and choose to have compassion rather than judgment for yourself and others. At the end of the day, notice how terrific you feel!
