It's time to connect the dots regarding some underlying causes of this pandemic.
It took me years to connect the dots regarding how to achieve at-will Divine connection, which I wrote about in both Diet For Divine Connection: Beyond Junk Foods and Junk thoughts to At-Will Spiritual Connection and The Inner Bonding Workbook: Six Steps to Healing Yourself and Connecting With Your Divine Guidance. Now, due to COVID-19, it’s time to further connect the dots, which happened for me when I read Dr. Mark Hyman’s excellent book, Food Fix.
He makes it very clear that Big Agriculture, Big Seed, and Big Fertilizer/Chemicals/Pesticides are responsible for over 50% of global warming - way more than the three major oil companies put together. I knew they were creating a huge problem by destroying our soil, our animals, our rainforests, our rivers and our oceans, and I knew they were hugely contributing to degenerative illness – heart disease, diabetes, auto-immune disorders and cancer, but I didn’t know how much they were contributing to global climate change.
Now that I know, I’m appalled that these huge companies are being subsidized by our government, allowing them to continue destroying our planet, and allowing them to advertise their extremely unhealthy food-like products to children and minorities - especially low-income blacks and Hispanics - causing huge incidence of illness in these populations, as well as diminished IQs in children.
In many cases, it’s these populations – the people who eat junk food because they can’t afford real food - who are dying of COVID-19.
It’s the taxpayers, not the billionaires who run these companies, who are paying for the health care issues that are being created by these huge multi-national corporations.
I’m appalled that our government is subsidizing these corporations, and not subsidizing regenerative farming, which is what can save our planet.
It’s Time to Wake Up
Here are the dots that we all need to connect to heal ourselves and our planet:
Greed, factory farms, GMOs, pesticides and ultra-processed junk food + our own physical, emotional and spiritual self-abandonment = anxiety, depression, emptiness, fear, addictions, illness, climate change, and … terrible developments like COVID -19. Mother Earth will no longer tolerate being defiled. If we don’t wake up now, she will continue to cause the earth to stand still until we do wake up.
If you connect these dots, you can see that we can do something about this; we can stop purchasing fast food, factory farmed food filled with antibiotics, hormones and GMOs and that profit from animal abuse, and ultra-processed junk food made mostly from GMO corn, soy, and wheat.
What if everyone stopped purchasing these food-like products that are killing us and our planet?
What if people started to plant their own gardens, even in cities, where urban farming is starting to flourish? What if people got together and planted community organic gardens, tended to pastured chickens for the eggs, and raised a few cows for clean organic raw milk? Did you know that organic raw milk has a lower record of contamination than any other food on the planet? Did you know that clean, raw, organic milk was given to all patients at the Mayo Clinic until the pasteurized milk industry spread their lies about raw milk? If you have never tasted organic raw milk, you don’t know what you are missing – so sweet and so clean tasting! I make yogurt and kefir every week from the clean organic raw milk that I get from a nearby dairy, because I own a cow-share at the dairy I know this has greatly contributed to my excellent health.
So many things would improve if we started to love ourselves enough to feed ourselves well.
This is where Inner Bonding comes into the picture. This is where learning to choose the intent to love yourself rather than continuing to abandon yourself can heal you and heal our planet. This is where love triumphs over greed.
It’s up to each one of us to want to take responsibility for our own health and wellbeing, which can lead to far greater health and wellbeing for our planet.

Today, think about what you do that makes you feel invisible to others. Do you give in to others rather than stand in your truth? Do you avoid asking for what you want to avoid rejection? Do you act like everything is okay when it isn't? Do you agree with others to avoid conflict? Do you ignore your own feelings but attend to others' feelings? If you sometimes feel invisible, notice what you may be doing to create this.
